Clark County health officials are investigating what they say is a small COVID-19 outbreak at the Dole Foods plant in Springfield.
The department reports 12 employees and eight of their close contacts recently tested positive. Company officials say they've taken several steps to protect employees and are confident the plant is not the source of the infections.
