Orange barrels will be rolling out in Columbus next month for COTA's Cmax project. Construction of new bus shelters and lighting for the nearly 50 million dollar bus-rapid transit line will start early next month on High Street and Cleveland Avenue. The first of four public meetings to discuss the project is scheduled tonight at 6 p.m. at the Westerville Community Center on Cleveland Avenue.
