Questions about COVID-19 Vaccines: Three OSU Public Health Law Experts Weigh In

Dan Skinner (follow here) talks with three public health law experts from Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law: Patricia Zettler(top left), Efthimios Parasidis (bottom left), and Micah Berman (bottom right). Topics include how to understand safety concerns and the FDA's Emergency Use Authorization process; building trust among Americans considering getting vaccinated; plans for a just distribution of approved vaccines; and how to understand the role of market competition and international cooperation.

Dr. Dan Skinner is Associate Professor of Health Policy in the Department of Social Medicine at Ohio University, Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, on the Dublin, Ohio campus. He earned his Ph.D. in political science from the City University of New York. Skinner teaches and researches about, as well as advocates for increased access to health care, especially for underserved populations, as well as various aspects of social determinants that affect the health of communities, in Ohio and beyond.
