Reynoldsburg Man Charged In Fatal Drug Overdose Case

A Reynoldsburg man has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for selling a fatal mixture of heroin and fentanyl. Police say 23-year-old Christopher Ramsey overdosed on the mixture sold by 29-year-old Julian Bice last June in Grove City. Last October, Bice's 2-year-old daughter was shot and killed during a home invasion on Parkwick Drive.
