Seven Olentangy Hyatts Students Charged With Contaminating Teachers Food

Seven Olentangy Hyatts Middle School students have been charged with putting bodily fluids inside food they fed to teachers last May.

Prosecutors say the 14-year-old boys did so while participating in a cooking contest. Three of the students were charged with deliquency felony assault for contaminating the food, and four were charged with felony complicity.  Five of the eighth-grade students are from Powell and two are from Delaware.  An attorney for the students calls it a prank.
