Sexual Abuse Trial Of ONG Major Postponed

Trial has been postponed for an Ohio National Guard Major accused of sexually abusing three adopted daughters and his stepdaughter and trying to keep other children in the family from discussing what they knew. Attorneys for 41-year-old Jean Kruse of Marysville say more time is needed to review medical records, contact between the victims and the Union County prosecutor's office, and allegations of inappropriate sexual contact involving parties associated with the case. The trial has been moved from January 26 to May 11.  Kruse has pleaded not guilty to 35 counts. His wife Emily has pleaded not guilty to charges of witness intimidation and obstruction of justice.
