Some Of Richard Strauss' Victims Seek Outside Probes Of OSU's Handling Of The Case

Associated Press

Some of the men alleging decades-old sexual abuse by the late Ohio State University team doctor Richard Strauss are asking the NCAA and Big Ten conference to investigate the school and force changes to protect student-athletes in the future:

The men suggest the school face sanctions harsher than the 60 million dollars Penn State University was fined for the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. An Ohio State spokesperson says the school isn't currently under investigation or aware of a future probe.  OSU announced Tuesday it is settling an additional five lawsuits alleging the school covered up what it knew about Strauss.
