The family of a Chillicothe murder victim is now on the hook for funeral costs because of her drug use. The Ohio Attorney General's office has declined to pay for Tiffany Sayre's funeral through its victim compensation fund because she had drugs in her system. Sayre's body was foundi n a Highland County ravine last June after a month-long disappearance. There have been no arrests made.
