Central Ohio Republican Congressman Steve Stivers says he opposes a shutdown of the federal government. Stivers says colleagues who want to defund the Affordable Care Act by shutting down the government aren't reading the fine print that makes the law a mandatory funding priority. Stivers says it would be best to keep trying to repeal the law or let it fall apart on its own.
