SUPCUS Rejects Ohio Dems' Voter Intimidation Appeal

Reuters

The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected a request by Ohio Democrats to issue a restraining order preventing Donald Trump's supporters from harassing or intimidating voters. The court says Ohio law already forbids voter intimidation. The Ohio Democratic Party had appealed a Sunday ruling reversing a restraining order issued by a federal judge on Friday. The judge said voters need to be protecting from intimidation, but the Trump campaign got that order overturned on First Amendment grounds.
