Upper Arlington police have released more details out of a fatal shooting last night at a home on Colchester Road.
Police say 61-year-old James Roth was killed and his wife is hospitalized in stable condition. Police have charged the couple's daughter, 31-year-old Kristin Roth, with murder and assault. She is scheduled to appear in court on Saturday. Police have not disclosed a possible motive in the case.
