Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say the Dublin man who allegedly struck and killed a bicyclist over the weekend while driving drunk had previously been charged with DUI.
Vincent DePalma was charged in Allen County in 2012 and pled to guilty to reduced charges. DePalma is currently free on bond and is due back in court Thursday for striking and killing local attorney Kurt Tunnell, who was a former Chief Legal Counsel to the late Ohio Governor George Voinovich.
