Teen To Be Tried As Adult In Fatal Local Hit-Skip Crash

A Franklin County judge has ruled a 16-year-old driver who allegedly struck and killed a pedestrian during a high-speed chase last February be tried as an adult. 

16-year-old Ramadhan Muridi allegedly struck and killed 61-year-old Arthur Smith with a stolen vehicle on South Hamilton Road. A trial date is pending.
