Columbus Fire officials say three juveniles face felony arson charges out of an investigation into a fire late last year at the old Hilltop Swim Club near Valleyview Drive.
Investigators determined the December 27th fire was intentionally set on the second floor. The building was vacant at the time, but the blaze destoryed the entire structure. Authorities say three juveniles confessed to setting the fire.
