Two former Cuyahoga County jail guards have been sentenced for assaulting a female inmate strapped to a restraint chair. 33-year-old Idris-Farid Clark will serve 18 months in prison.
45-year-old Robert Marsh will serve 30 days. Prosecutors say Marsh struck the woman in the face and Clark grabbed her by the hair and sprayed pepper foam in her face for six seconds.
