Two States Removed From Ohio's COVID-19 Travel Advisory

Ohio Department of Health

State health officials Wednesday reported 958 new cases of COVID-19 and 36 new deaths.

The state now has at 110,881 cases and 3907 deaths.  Health officials have updated the list of states under a COVID-19 travel advisory. Texas and Alabama have been removed from the list while Florida, Mississippi, Nevada, and Idaho remain.  The travel advisory recommends visitors from states reporting positive testing rates above 15-percent to self-quarantine for 14 days at home or in a hotel before entering Ohio.  The advisory also applies to Ohioans travelling to those states.
