Urbana Soldier Killed In Alaska Traffic Accident

A head-on crash on the Parks Highway in Alaska last Friday killed a 21-year-old U.S. Army soldier from Urbana who was traveling to Anchorage for an intramural basketball tournament. 

Cameron Logwood was an aircraft fuel handler. He was killed when a one-ton pickup was struck by an SUV driven by Logwood. Two soldiers riding with Logwood were injured.
