Columbus City Council last night approved a 15-year, 100 percent property tax abatement for a for-profit pharmaceutical company created by Children’s Hospital. 

The Columbus Board of Education Tuesday approved a tax abatement proposal from a for-profit subsidiary of Nationwide Children's Hospital -- and will offer a local charter network a lease on a dilapidated property "as-is".
