Fifth Third Bancorp

The U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has filed a lawsuit against Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bank, alleging employees opened fake accounts for customers to meet aggressive sales targets. 

The Hamilton County coroner's office says there were no drugs or alcohol detected in the body of a gunman who killed three people in the Fifth Third Bank building lobby in September.

Four people are dead including a gunman, after a shooting this morning at the Fifth Third bank tower in downtown Cincinnati.
