A citizens group is taking a complaint against the Medina County Board of Elections to the Ohio Supreme Court. 

The two sides in a gender discrimination lawsuit filed by a Columbus police officer have agreed to dismiss the suit because of circumstances unrelated to the case, according to an attorney for the plaintiff.

A total of $5 million dollars will be paid to male employees at JP Morgan Chase who were denied the same parental leave policies as female employees if a federal court approves a class action lawsuit settlement filed today in a federal court in Ohio. Statehouse correspondent Jo Ingles reports.

U.S. Air Force

The U.S. Air Force has agreed to pay 140 thousand dollars to settle a federal discrimination lawsuit in which a woman claimed she was passed over for promotions at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton.
