The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati has rejected a challenge by three death row inmates of a state law shielding the names of companies providing lethal injection drugs.

With two dozen scheduled executions in limbo, Ohio has sent a forceful letter to Washington asserting that the state can obtain a lethal injection drug from overseas without violating any laws.
