Ohio Liquor Control Commission

State health officials are reporting 40 new coronavirus deaths since Friday,  brining the state's total to 3,529.

The Ohio Liquor Control Commission adopted a rule banning restaurants and bars from serving alcohol after 10 p.m.

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine wants to limit alcohol sales at bars and restaurants, in an effort to slow community spread of coronavirus.  

The Ohio Liquor Control Commission says it will allow restaurants to sell and deliver alcohol during the stay-at-home-order.

Columbus City Council last night approved Department of Public Safety recommendations to object to the renewal of liquor licenses for six local carryouts.
