A federal judge is stopping the state from using two policies that block some refugees and children of immigrants from obtaining driver's licenses.

A federal judge in Maryland has blocked the Trump administration's executive order allowing state and local governments to turn away refugees from resettling in their communities.

Westerville City Council Tuesday approved a resolution saying  the city will officially allow refugees to resettle in the community.
