The Indiana National Guard member pulled over on I-70 in Madison County last January with bombs packed in his car is taking a plea deal. 44-year-old Andrew Boguslawski will plead guilty next month to possessing unregistered destructive devices. Federal prosecutors say Boguslawski could be sent to prison for ten years.
