Senate votes to limit eminent domain

Columbus, OH – State Senators have approved a two-pronged plan they say will stop local governments from unfairly using eminent domain to take Ohioans' houses for economic development projects. Part of the plan includes letting Ohio VOTERS have a say, but it's not clear if that ballot issue will become a reality. The story now from our statehouse news bureau and correspondent Bill Cohen.
