Domestic violence law applies to all

Columbus, OH – The anti-gay-marriage constitutional amendment that Ohio voters okayed 3 years ago does NOT wipe out the state's domestic violence law....and that means that unmarried people - gay or straight -- who live together are still protected by it. That's the ruling from the Ohio Supreme Court. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
