Columbus, OH – Some Ohio lawmakers say renters are sometimes overcharged for their water service. The legislators plan to introduce a proposal to protect those tenants. But as Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, landlords will fight it if it means they will be drowning in unpaid water bills.
