Columbus, OH – Ohioans who've been waiting for more than a decade for big changes in the way schools are funded will probably have to wait at least another year. A proposal from education groups to make those changes remains in limbo. Democratic Governor Ted Strickland has yet to detail his plan for change and other issues have been a higher priority for Republicans who dominate the legislature. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports the story began long ago and will no doubt continue.
