Columbus, OH – The average price for a gallon of gasoline in Ohio continues bouncing around all-time highs from week to week - and in some cases day to day. Those high prices mean bad news for drivers, but good news for advocates of passenger rail. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
