State officials fight about observers at early voting

Columbus, OH – The democratic Secretary of State and the Ohio Republican Party are battling on several fronts as a one week early voting period continues. One decision they're fighting about involves the role partisan observers or challengers may have in early voting. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports.
