Environmental certification process may have flaws

Columbus, OH – 40% of the nation's energy is used in America's buildings. A new version of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design--or LEED--program has unveiled this week. The program launched in 2000 by the U.S. Green Building Council that certifies a building is environmentally-friendly has been used in the construction in the construction of new Columbus School buildings. But some critics see flaws in the program. Samara Freemark reports.
