Budget cuts could be a matter of life or death

Columbus, OH – People who work with Ohio's elderly and ill citizens are watching closely as lawmakers work out a new two year state budget. People working in the nursing home and health care industries say those decisions could be a matter of life and death for some. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
