Columbus, OH – Columbus City Council last night approves six minor changes to its law regulating scrap-metal sales at local yards. The changes are designed to bring it into compliance with the state scrap metal law passed after the city's ordinance took effect in 2007. WCBE's Jim Letizia reports.
