Columbus, OH – For the first time, some of the majority Republicans in the Ohio Senate say they're willing to go along with a Democratic plan to delay all of this year's 4.5% state income tax cut, in order to plug a multi-million dollar hole in the state budget. But there's a new sticking point preventing a final compromise on a budget fix. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
