Columbus, OH – Ohio legislators plan to vote this week on new rules for the state's four new gambling casinos in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo. Among the proposed rules is a provision that would set up a new state commission to OVERSEE the casinos. How much the commissioners should be paid is sparking some debate, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
