Columbus, OH – That plan to link Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati with passenger trains appears to be side-tracked in the Ohio legislature, due to skepticism from Republicans. That's one reason that Ohio transportation officials tried to use a national conference of railroad supply companies in Columbus as an argument for the 3-C project. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
