Columbus, OH – For months now, critics of the proposed 3C passenger rail have said it's too slow, too inconvenient and too expensive. Now, the Ohio Department of Transportation has come out with a new study that refutes those criticisms. But will the study be enough to convince the train's critics? Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles takes a look at that question.
