Columbus priest facing sexual assault allegations

A Columbus priest is on leave, amid an investigation into sexual assault claims dating back more than 40 years.  The Columbus Catholic Diocese has removed Father Thomas Brosmer from ministry, over a week after the  accusations were made.  The alleged sexual abuse happened while Brosmer was a
priest at St. Nicholas Parish in Zanesville from 1969 to 1973. Prosecutors say criminal charges are unlikely, because the statute of limitations has expired.
