The state highway patrol says one man is dead following a fight in Thorn Township in Perry County last night. Troopers say 51-year-old James Foucht was dragged by a truck driven by the man with whom he was fighting . Troopers say as the second man tried to drive away, Foucht held on to the side of the truck and attempted to continue hitting the man before falling off.
