Biker killed Sunday night identified

Columbus police have identified the bicyclist killed in a crash Sunday night on the Far West Side. Police say 19-year-old Elissa Hatfield was hit by an SUV on Hilliard-Rome Road as she attempted to cross Fisher Road. Police say the motorist was not injured.
