College professor facing forgery charges

A Sinclair Community College professor is scheduled to appear in court today to face felony forgery charges.  Clark County sheriff's deputies say computer information systems professor Diane Pencil used an old theft report to cover the loss of her work computer. College officials say they became suspicious when they learned the deputy named on the report was no longer employed.
