Federal Prosecutors are asking a judge to put convicted former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora in prison for 22 years for taking bribes. Prosecutors are also seeking restitution of nearly 100-thousand-dollars as well as half the proceeds from the pending sale of his house. The former county Democratic party chair was convicted in March on charges of racketeering, fraud and bribery as part of an FBI probe of corruption in county government. Sentencing is scheduled for July 30th.
