Democratic state representative Clayton Luckie of Dayton has missed votes this week amid an FBI probe of his conduct.Luckie agreed to sit out Tuesday's meeting of the state Controlling Board and Wednesday's House session. Republican Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien says the arrangement was negotiated with Luckie's attorney. Republican Ohio House Speaker Bill Batchelder says he understands the probe involves Luckie's personal use of campaign finances. O'Brien says the probe involves alleged report errors.
