School Official Sentenced For Theft

Former Northland High School Athletic Director Ramani Hunter pleaded guilty yesterday to a theft in office chargeand was ordered to repay more than seven-thousand dollars she stole from the proceeds of a 2009 nationally televised basketball game. A six-month prison sentence was suspended if Hunter stays out of trouble. Hunter resigned in March 2010 after the theft became public.
