A 15-year-old Bellefontaine boy missing since Thursday has been found dead in an apparent hit-and run incident.Logan County Sheriff's deputies say the body of Austin Houser was found in a roadside ditch Saturday night north of Rushsylvania. Deputies say they have recovered the vehicle they suspect was
