Cleveland Police have arrested the mother of a 3-year-old missing boy after the body was found at a landfill on Monday.But 20-year-old Camilia Terry has yet to be charged in the death of her son. Deputy Cleveland Police Chief Ed Tomba says an autopsy is scheduled today. Tomba says Terry told investigators the boy disappeared Sunday at a city park while she was tending to another child. But Tomba says her story changed during questioning.
