Dominion East Ohio Gas will pay a large fine for its role in last year's explosions and fires in Fairport Harbor.The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has fined the company 500-thousand dollars for failing to maintain the faulty natural gas pressure regulator blamed for the blasts.
