Gasoline prices in Ohio are up slightly to start the Christmas week.Triple-A says the statewide average for a gallon of regular is 3 dollars and 23 cents, 9 cents higher than a week ago, but 31 cents lower than this time last month. Prices increased after some areas of Ohio saw them fall briefly below 3 dollars a gallon the week before Christmas. Prices are expected to stay lower through December, thanks to lower demand and higher inventories.
