Cleveland NAACP Has New Leader

The Cleveland chapter of the NAACP has a new leader for the first time in two decades.Reverend Hilton Smith takes over for longtime president George Forbes. Smith says he's preaching patience during the investigation into last year's fatal shootings of two African-American males by more than a dozen mostly-white Cleveland police officers following a high-speed chase.
