State troopers say a Columbus man's routine traffic stop led to the discovery of a stash of heroin worth an estimated $370,000. The State Highway Patrol says troopers pulled a car over for an un-safe lane change yesterday on Interstate 70 near Eaton in southwest Ohio. The driver, identified as 23-year-old Juan Carlos Arcos of Columbus, didn't have a license and authorities say there were other signs of criminal activity. When they searched the car, troopers found about 5 1/2 pounds of heroin hidden in a false bottom of a piece of luggage. Arcos has been charged with possession of heroin and criminal tools. He's being held at the Preble County jail.
